I had hired a nursing attendant for the day shift from 13-29 february 2020. I then continued it for 1-10 march 2020. I was asked for advance payment with the promise that the advance for the unused days would be refunded. I paid in advance for 1-10 march 2020. I terminated the hire it starting 1 march, so refund of rs 7500 was due for 1-10 march. I have reminded them several times, sent my account details etc, but no refund has come to date....
