Complaint marked as Resolved I really appreciate their escalation process. I came across an issue in which I got earphones that were not eligible for a return, and I was not happy with those because of a different quality than what I expected. As per the policy, I basically had to deal with it. But I expressed how unhappy I was with them and they actually helped me get the best resolution. All in all my faith is restored, and I do recommend people to go for headphonezone, just be extra careful to check all the policies and for the decision you are making, if you are not sure, do not make a purchase, make it when you are really sure.
