[Resolved]  Headphone Zone — Not a complaint but an Honest review

I am really disappointed with the service I got from headphonezone.in I consulted them to recommend me one wired option and one wireless option. I went with the wireless recommendation that they told and bought Jabra Elite 75t. I read the policy and I understand that it is not returnable or exchangeable for the quality I prefer. But please understand that I cannot come to your store to try it out and I'll have to put some trust in your recommendation, take a risk with trust, and buy it; Which I did, I bought it and now I am really not happy with the sound quality of the earphones and I do not want to spend my next 2 years with having to use these and compromise. There is no way for me to change these immediately and get a new one. Basically from my side (a customer's side), I am left helpless and compromised. I also do feel now after a month that their recommendations are biased towards what stock they have currently. They do offer a Trade-Up program but there also it is uncertain when I'll be able to sell the new earphones that I don't like. So all in all, I do understand the policies and the urgency of putting and regulating to make sure you are not having to bear losses but I am expressing my dissatisfaction as a helpless customer who has to now bear the consequence of making a choice based on a recommendation given from a headphone guru. I trusted headphonezone for their quality customer service as I have bought earphones from them before but now I'll limit myself to just checking the reviews from headphonezone and prefer buying them from amazon.in which has a much more relaxed and customer-oriented support system even though it costs little more. I am really sorry but I am one of the unhappy customers.

I really appreciate their escalation process. I came across an issue in which I got earphones that were not eligible for a return, and I was not happy with those because of a different quality than what I expected. As per the policy, I basically had to deal with it. But I expressed how unhappy I was with them and they actually helped me get the best resolution. All in all my faith is restored, and I do recommend people to go for headphonezone, just be extra careful to check all the policies and for the decision you are making, if you are not sure, do not make a purchase, make it when you are really sure.
