Like many unfortunate people, we also landed in the trap of Cryobank. A few months ago, a senior executive Aishwarya Dixit(Gurgaon) from Cryobank visited our house. He explained the benefits of stem cells and we fell into the trap. When it comes to the safety of the family, you don't hold back. He asked me for a cheque of Rs 5000 as one time registration. He also told me that the representatives from Cryobank will call my wife closer to the delivery date. I clearly told him that my wife's pregancy is weak and there are chances that the delivery may happen much before the Delivery date. He tried to convince me but I told him that I would only pay the money towards the registration fees if he gives me in writing that the registration fees would be fully refunded incase it they are not able to get the stem cells. He agreed and mentioned the same on the registration form i.e. "The registration fee is fully refundable". As expected the deilvery had to be done much before the delivery date. We contacted Aishwarya Dixit one day before the delivery and he said he would sent the representative from Cryobank to collect the stem cell. No body turned up and so we couldn't preserve it. A few days later my wife called the executive Aishwarya Dixit to refund the amount. He bluntly refused to refund
the amount. My wife then reminded him that she had his hand written confirmation, this is where he made false promises of returning the amount. It has been two months and this guy is not answering our calls. Please help us getting our hard earned money back and teach these crooks a lesson.
Thanks in advance
