I would like to inform you all expected parents that the post service of this company is not satisfactory, and pertains to a really simple issue that Cryo Bank employees could have easily resolved. As per the contract, the sales executive mentioned that Cryo Bank will collect the blood sample at the time of delivery and they will send the sample to Lab for processing and preservation, After that they will provide a blood and tissue preservation certificate within 50 days to confirm that the sample was in order. Firstly the sample was not collected on time. And secondly we dint received the preservation certificate till now. Every time we called up with Cryo Bank customer service, we were given the same answer "We will raise this issue with the concerned person who will give you a the correct response. We are yet to receive the report even though it's been more than 3 months now. I dont know whether they have tested the sample or not.

I became a member of Cryo Banks in June 2010 after making an initial payment of 5000. I am yet to receive the welcome kit and contract papers till date despite calling their customer care numerous times. Everytime they say they will get back but never get back. I have spoken to one of their employees who several times. There is absolutely no response whatsoever and I seriously doubt if my sample is even preserved. I am frustrated with my decision of opting for Cryobank and dont recommend this organisation to any parent.

I am hoping for some response from them atleast after posting this comment.

I became the member of Cryobank by recommendation of Dr. sister in law. after making the inital payment of 5000 received the kit.As 15th July was the date, co. executive was their in time. He collected the sample & was sent to Gurgoan. After 2 days received the call from Gurgaon the sample which was collected is less in quantity & cannot be harvested, preserved. After collection time I have talk to the executive, he said every thing is Ok. In the OT all The Drs. were Family members & he even not told to them that there is problem in collecting blood. He even told to the Drs. that everything is fine. I think the executive doesn't know how much blood has to be taken for harvesting. After repeated talking to the executive in Gurgoan & Mathura, I am not getting the Satisfactory result nor getting my refund, as fault is of the executive. I will notrecommend to my friends as I have recommended them.
So I request by writing to refund the amount as fault is of your executive.

these cryo monkeys have taken my sons cord blood sample on time, but its 3 months now and i am yet to hear from them, everytime i call, they say everything is fine, we will raise the issue and get back to you. cust care number rarely works..1/25 times...for expectant parents pls store cord blood in your own town/hospital where you can go and talk to someone face to face...there are some hospitals in bglr, pretty costly but do a research and go for it...i seriously dont know what to do with these cryo monkeys.

The agreements are absolutely one sided. We have to make the payments upfront. What if they don't preserve it properly. 21 years is quite a long time. What is the guarantee that the company exists at that time.What is the service guarantee that they will preserve it properly? Are they giving any indemnity or for such losses.

Ideally the government should come up with cryobanks for needy laymen.Since the technique is very simple; and if institutions like Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Biotechnology does this, it will be transparent, affordable so that large number of people can use this.

If after certain period, government comes with cheaper forms of preserving, this preserving will become costly for the company and will not be financially viable for the company to run the centre. What will happen to centre. then?

None of the complaints are being addressed by the concerned institute inspite the consumer has given the mobile number.

If you all are the clients of cryobanks international india, can you all provide your details like Sar NO. Name, Date of enrollment, so I can rectify the errors if made by us than I will assure you that I will personally look into this matter and do the needfull.

It is good that I did not go for cryobank, I had a discussion with them for collection of cord blood sample, but eventually went for some other company, there sales executive called me repetedly, after telling them that I went ahead with another company the sales executive started using foul language.

they dont know how to talk to customers, dont ever go for any aggrement with cryobank
