[Resolved] Home Shop Plus — Product not delivered and refund not made | |||
HomeShopPlus.com NON DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS NOR REFUND OF CANCELLED PRODUCT On Jan,3,2013, I have ordered the following product Leg Massager from Homeshopplus.com online shopping website, and an amount of Rs. 9550/- was paid (Trans. ID[protected] through online net banking from SBI Bank. As per their terms & conditions, the ordered production would be delivered in 7 days of time. After two weeks my order was not delivered and I contacted customer care ([protected]) .They informed me that my order has been despatched and locked somewhere else or will be delivered shortly thereby dodging and dragging time.Then I asked for refund of my amount. But it has been almost a month, no refund had been initiated by Homeshopplus. Several times I contacted their customer care thro mail, they just give the auto-reply as “Thank you for sending us your mail. We will reply you as soon as possible” but no action have been taken. Also, e-mail reminders were sent to [protected]@homeshopplus.com but till no favourable response. Could you please take cases like me who are duped by HOMESHOPPLUS to the concerned authority? it is a pucca fraud company cheating so many persons. They are professional cheaters. Pl. be careful.

ME AND BEAUTY — ORDER NOT DELIVERED
I HAVE PURCHASED ONLINE FROM ME AND BEAUTY. AND MY ORDER NUMBER IS 86 dated 6/10/2012 of Rs 455 which i paid by credit card.Buti have not received by goods till today 20/10/2012. And they are not receiving my call. They have only two mobile number in their website that is [protected] and [protected].
