Misleading marketing strategy by IHO’s Premium Health care package by Aetna program.
I have purchased two years membership for Healthcare from IHO’s Premium Health care package by Aetna. Which clearly states under my membership card I have facility of 100% concession on first 2 consultations & examination per Doctor & subsequent consultations as per applicable charges or 50% concession on all consultations & examination.
Today while we tried to book our first appointment we have been informed the policy is changed and as per the new policy we can avail only 50% discount by Balwant Singh Chauhan call centre supervisor of Athena call centre.
Entire marketing strategy on their own company broacher is mis-represting the commitment made to a customer at the time of selling the product.
Healthcare is a very sensitive issue in a third world country like ours. Only reason to take this was to make medical support available for me and my family at lesser cost which we can afford.
Request you to interfere here and help the citizens like us otherwise this could turn out to be another SCAM on public money by a reputed organisation like IHO.
