Health Happiness Pvt. Limited — Delay in delivery of my replacement order of Boult Audio Ammo earphones.

I have ordered a boult audio ammo earphones from Flipkart on 1st July 2023 and got them delivered on 5th July 2023, but after 3-4 days o[censored]se the earphones starts having problems. The earphones stops working for some seconds while listening to media and sometimes one of the earpieces randomly starts fumbling the media audio.

So for this reason I have generated a request for the replacement of this defective earphones on 12th July 2023. And the request got approved on the same day. The Flipkart have provided me dates regarding pickup and delivery of my replacement product i.e. pickup would be done on or before 27th of this month and the delivery of the product will be made on or before 31st July 2023. But the pickup was done on 13th July 2023 and from that day onward no further process has been done. The product is still now not delivered. After almost 4-5 days still the product is not yet processed by seller and forwarded for shipping.

I have contacted the customer care executives many time daily from 14th July, but they always provide me with the same answer that " your complaint is been raised and our team is working on it". But still no resolution is provided regarding my complaints.

So I kindly request to please check this issue and provide me with the respective solution for it. I have attached the screenshot of the status updates provided by the Flipkart on the application on my profile.
