Health India Organization — complaint of fraudulent ways opted by healthindia.org for selling their health plans to customers.

It is intimated that during discussions on 01.12.2018 with health plan selling team of health india org. Over phone ([protected]), the representative assured me that the following benefits will also be provided under supreme health plan in addition to mentioned by health india org.in email dated03.12.2018 (Copy attached), but the same has not been included according to above email dated 03.12.2018/customer care of health india org. Informed over phone:
1. All the expenses of hospitalization as indoor patient including icu, day care etc. Will be covered under supreme plan & only the bed charges above rs.5000/- per day will be restricted, but according to email health india org. The health india org. Does not provide any ipd facility to its customers.
2. All the expenses during treatment of maternity either indoor or outdoor treatment will be covered under the supreme plan of health india but the same has not been mentioned in the email of health india org. Dated 03.12.2018 as it says that only consultations will be given.
3. The bills for the last 6 months before the commencement of the health plan will be reimbursed to me, whereas the customer care health india said on 04.12.2018 over phone that only 1 month bills will be reimbursed.
4. The health india will provide me 1 bp monitor & 1 massager as promotional offer, whereas the customer care of health india org. Confirmed on 04.12.2018 that only 1 item will be provided under promotional scheme.
5. The health india representative during discussions of above plan on 01.12.2018 assured that i will be provided rs.5000/- big bazar vouchers under promotional scheme, whereas on 04.12.2018 the health india org. Customer care confirmed that they do not know about any such promotional scheme.
It is also intimated that during discussion of the plan on 01.12.2018, i asked the representative about empanelment of indian spinal injuries hospital, vasant kunj, new delhi under above plan & after verifying the same he assured that it’s in panel hospitals of health india. But, i am extremely sorry to say that when i confirmed from the hospital, the hospital informed that they have no such panel with health india org either for out-patient or in-patient.
Further, it is intimated that i have made payment of rs.9998/- for the supreme plan of health india org. On 01.12.2018 through master credit card & the same has also been acknowledged by the health india org through email dated 03.12.2018.
As from the above mentioned it is clear that health india org. People are making fake promises at the time of selling of health plan and using fraudulent ways to make customer to buy their plan. Therefore, i have sent them an email on dated 05.12.2018 intimating them to opt out from this aforesaid health plan (Supreme health plan) and requested to return each and every penny given by me (Rs. 9998/-) within 24 hrs. To me, otherwise i will have to take legal action and file complaints at various government portals, customer redressal forum & hon.’ble court against their fraudulent way of doing business (I. E. 420) alongwith evidence.
Further, it is intimated that on 09.12.2018 i have again sent an email to health india org. To refund my money amounting to rs.9998/- immediately due to fake promises made with regard to health plan during discussions of supreme health plan on 01.12.2018 by representative of health india org..
In addition, it is also intimated that the customer care of health india org. ([protected]) on dated 05.12.18 informed me that the my case has been referred to cancellation team, but i am extremely sorry to say that till date i have not heard anything about refund of my money. Therefore i have no option except to report the matter to various government agencies, customer redressal forums & to hon.’ble court if required against the fraudulent way of doing business (I. E. 420)/collecting money making fake promises against health india org..

Therefore, i request your goodself to intervene in the matter so that i will receive refund of my money (Rs.9998/-) and also request to warn the health india org. For doing this type business by making fake promises while selling the health plan with the various citizens of india. After that, i have received such calls from mobile nos. [protected], [protected] on dated 16/12/2018, 19/12/2018 respectively making similar promises to purchase the supreme health plan of health india org., which shows that they are regularly continuing making fake promises to other indian citizens also.
I hope that the matter may be taken on priority and i will definitely receive refund of my money amounting to rs.9998/- paid on 01.12.2018 to health india org.

The emails in the site is fake. your emails will bounce.

http://healthindia.org.in/ : This website and company is fake, they are selling kind of insurance where can use reimburse doctors/healthtest bills but they don't have any authority and not registered with govt. even customer care no is all mobile no which get switched off after 5:30PM, they can close business any time and very easy after taking money.

they are giving huge discount on call and taking money but when we call for refund/cancellation no response.

website also doesn't have any govt approval/proof which they registered.

Never Never take anything from them

I have taken a "Supreme membership plan" under "Health India" company on 07.02.2019 because of received a call from customer care and they doesn't tell me the details terms and condition over phone. but after taken the plan I have not satisfy their service and I have given request for cancellation of the membership on 08.03.2019

but till date they are not cancelled / not responded even i am calling.

Yes very bad experience, same issue happen to me, I also recd call from their representative for wrong commitment as policy cover hospitalisation and full mediclaim, also reimburse ment of EMI charges, but no reply till now, bloody विवेक and simron given wrong information. I have purchase 2 years Health India Policy for my family, as per insurance company they cover my all Pharmacy bills in after clearance, also insurance company offer me below benefits in each year. but now company not given me any benefits as per documents, I already follow up with company via 21 mails and 78 calls since 8th April.
We have been trying to contact customer care and below listed spoc persons since the day we received membership document. They are not answering our calls neither replying to our emails. We are requesting them to cancel our membership because whatever promised has not been delivered. These are peoples are on the front end cheating the customer by giving fake offer and promises and once the policy is sold out they never answer the phone call.

These guys convinced us to get (Supreme Health Plan) on 20th February because of a special offer and the same has not been given to us. We are calling them every day to get the refund and more than 20 followup emails have been sent but they are not initiating the refund.
This is a fraud company don't put your money on them.
