I have already complain more than 100 times of customer care IHO company. Regarding for cancellation of my policy. Because of company was not able to provide facility as per commitment of give policy time.

I was got a IHO policy and paid amount Rs. 10, 000/- behalf of 6 month EMI. But I was received my this month bill total balance amount. PFA of my Credit card statement.

Mr. Yougesh was committed given time policy he was provide facility in my Home town Narwana (Distt.-Jind).

I was also contact for many time of yougesh & customer care number. The was no provided this facility on my Home town & no body ready to refund my Fund. They was refund Rs. 3000./- & again committed given facility in my Home town Narwana (Distt.-Jind).But after that some issue. Please solve this issue.
