Hi, I had taken policy with the healthfirstindia.in, for my mother (Panpati Nandkishor Sharma) as per them the medical bills etc.. can be reimbursed 10000 per quarter. when I called up the associates says checking in later they do not respond neither receives the call. Also later I realized they are even not using the professional email address for to receive the claim, they put some gmail ID. I requested for to cancel the plan on 16th February 2019, a week after the policy taken one of the associate called from backend team asking to provide credit card details like, card number, expiry, CVV also. I refused to provide the same he said these details are required to validate the payment on gateway but now no response also his number also appearing as switched off from couple of days. below are contact details of there sales team:- +[protected]/+[protected]/+[protected]/+[protected]. The person who was asking credit card details:- [protected]. Email- : [protected]@healthfirstindia.in, on which I sent email for cancellation of policy and requested for refund, but no respond at all even after multiple follow-ups.
