In the above ref., make the legal note as follows.

1. Over a month has passed, but you failed to settle the issue and field to follow the fair trade practice but continued violating all the norms as per the consumer protection act 1986.
2. You cannot expect us to keep your two and half years old bottles with us for whole life.
3. Being constrained, we hereby issue this legal ultimatum, to collect them back in a week time after following the following justified legal steps otherwise we will dispose and throw them off entirely at your risk and cost.

A. You have charged us ₹ 75 but return back only )₹ 65. Why? Mention the reason. And refund the les paid amount too.
B. You said, for return pick up, a label has to be got printed from some outside printing shop. Make a note, as you are guilty for persistently sending two and half years old bottles, it is your legal liability to beer all the expenses and all the troubles and all the time, required for the return pick up. Therefore send us the needed printed label by speed post or hand delivery to our registered address.
C. you may also send your authorised representative to collect both the bottles after submitting proper authority letter and proper acknowledgement receipt at the time of return pick up.

The above statement is without prejudice to our right to claim all the compensation for all the suffering and waste of time we had to face on account of your persistently supplying two and half year old medicine, followed by all the harassment for not following fair trade practice.

We once again want you if the return pick up is not materialised by you following the above stated steps as per fair trade practice, then we will throw both the bottles entirely at your risk and cost, without keeping them with us for our whole life.
