1. Again as evident, you reply is nothing but only to avoid your legal liability towards non delivery of medicine which you falsely claim to have delivered. We were wrong when we thought, once if you realise the medicines were not delivered, you would refund back our amount. But instead you started all the fake excuses one by one in each and every of your reply.
2. It makes no difference, whether the concerned courier people are currently associated with you or not. You and your courier partner are both under legal obligation to provide the needed information as per the demand of the law in a case. Denial to furnished information on any excuse simply amounts to violation of law, non cooperation in a case, which ultimately means to protect culprits through fake excuses, which no court will accept.
3. You have even denied when asked, the delivery was made at first attempt or 2nd attempt or third attempt. This you could easily say going through your own record as we have your own email categorically mentioning, the failure of first attempt.
4. This is another evidence that you are lying at each and every step.
5. We have made the payment full in advance to you and therefore the case would be filed against you only and we have nothing to do with your courier partner as it is your liability to collect all info from them as required by law.
6. You have failed to provide any evidence which could prove you have delivered the concerned medicine to us. You have a tempted so far only fake excuses to protect you and your courier people by hiding all the relevant information because you new very well, the medicines were never delivered.
7 so it is evident that communication to you would be nothing but waste of our valuable time as per the fake and manipulated replies you have been sending so far. Being constraint, without wasting anymore our valuable time, we are forwarding the matter to the consumer court for heavy compensation, with the strict demand to terminate your pharmacy licence at least for the next 10 years for all the violation of laws with the intention to cheat people as already elaborated previously, entirely at your risk, cost and consequences as sanctioned under the consumer protection act 1986, in DCDRF, Mumbai; in the justification of the consumer where the cause of action head risen.

Our grievance stands as follows

(A)
It is with reference to the following order consisting 3 KG tomatoes.
Your delivery man has come which other two items but without tomatoes telling today tomatoes are out of stock. He told, if you return these two items also, tomorrow I could bring all three items including tomatoes. Therefore other two items are also return. Make sure all these three items are delivered tomorrow.
It is very regretfully observed these days we have started facing from jio Mart with all our orders. What's wrong with you people.
Our another order of ayurvedic medicine were delayed for over a week and then you cans hold it over veg reason. Don't constrain us to take up the matter for all these harassment due to your deficiency and negligence to the regulatory authorities and to the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986.

Refer our previous email, where we have pointed out how you delivery man is playing mischief at the time of delivery. But you did not care to look into the matter and consequently you have put the remark against the following order as returned, without going through our previous email about what happened at the time of delivery of this order where your delivery man told us to return back the two items and then only he could deliver all the three items tomorrow with tomatoes which was not brought by him today telling it was out of stock.
So this type of harassment and mischief are played by your delivery man Deepak Kanojia and you are taking no action against him, expecting customers to remain harassed.

LEGAL ULTIMATUM
Required to be submitted to the accused, before filing the suit in the consumer court.

1. As per the final closure report, received this day, from the PG portal, we are advised by them to file a suit against you in the consumer court, for taking the complete payment in advance but not delivering the medicine but making a false excuse that you had delivered the medicines to us, and thus trying to cheat us over manipulated replies for the last four months. Being constraint we are giving you this legal ultimatim to refund back the amount in 7 days or we will take the legal action against you in the consumer court for the recovery of our payment along with heavy compensation and penalty entirely at your risk and cost and consequences, under the consumer protection act, 1986 which make a legal note of.

2 in your reply to PG portal, you have blindly said, you have delivered it through your courier on so and so date. What made you afraid to provide all the relevant delivery details, to prove if you had genuinely delivered the medicines as falsely claimed by you? Your such vague reply has no meaning in law as you failed to submit all the relevant details of the delivery as asked by us but delayed to reply month after month but never furnished the actual details of the delivery which you never made. Your such persistent delay to reply without any substantial delivery detail itself is a concrete evidence against you for your false statement, which would be clearly proved in a single hearing in the consumer court.

Submit immediately the following details to substantiate your false claim of delivery.

1. The courier delivery memo
2. The courier payment memo
3. Name of the delivery boy who delivered the medicine at our doorstep
4. Date and time of the acute delivery
5 OTP sent by you as the order was COD
6. Proof of sending OTP to us.
7. Screenshot of the message informing us about a delivery of the concerned medicine
8. Email copy sent by you after the delivery was successfully made. Date and time of such email to verify it with our inbox.

3 No need to provide any detail in the case, as they have been already and sufficiently submitted to you directly and through PG port. Also no further notice, nor required and not to be submitted by us as per the law of the land, to drag you to the consumer court to be prosecuted and convicted for your fraudulent ways to take all the money in advance, then refuse to deliver the medicine on fake excuses, severely punishable under the consumer protection act, 1986.,

    Fake delivery, details not providing still after repeated requests.

    We asked them to provide the details related to delivery of the ordered medicine, for which they have taken the full payment in advance online but never supplied the medicine.
    They failed to provide any detail of the so called delivered order. Why? Why there afraid and not capable to provide any detail and this clearly proves, how liar and cheater they are.

    We asked for the following details, which they failed to supply.

    1 In reference to your call, made by you this evening, asking for the details of the concerned medicine. Refer our previous emails, which consist complete details with screenshot too. Still over your call also, we have provided the concerned medicine name.
    2 Now provide all the details, required by our advocate, related to your forge delivery, never made by you.
    3. Be careful to mention the name of the delivery person who has come to our door step as falsely claimed by you, because he will be the person, who will be called as witnes in the court for his statement, to be counter questioned by our advocate through all the evidence.

    Submit the following details, as you claim you have delivered the concerned medicine, which was actually never delivered by you.

    1. Name of the person who has come to our door step and delivered the medicine.
    2. The name of the courier company who had delivered the medicine.
    3. The date and time of delivery.
    4. As it was a prepaid order, you must have delivered it against OTP sent by you. What is the OTP number?
    5. Before making delivery, you must have sent a message to us including OTP informing us about the delivery. Send us the copy of this message.
    6. Delivery challan of the delivery.

    The above is without prejudice to our right as permitted by law to demand any concerned information as invent required in the suit to be filed against you for heavy compensation under different acts including IPC and the consumer protection Act, make a legal note of.

      1. We attach here with two screenshots, showing delivery attempt failure of the concerned medicine two bottles.
      2. On 11th December 2023, you yourself had said consenting, the non delivery of the concerned medicines.
      3 you have confirmed, your attempt failure to deliver the concetned medicine.
      4. Refer our reply, emailed on the same day 11th December 2023, pointing out being a home, we are always available here and therefore there cannot be any failure to deliver the medicine. So it is very evident, you have never attempted to deliver the concerned medicine.
      5. Over 2 weeks have passed, you never attempted again to deliver the concerned medicine.
      6. And now when we reminded you, you are flatly lying that you have delivered the medicines.
      7. The attached two snapshots are the clear evidence of your deceiving statement.
      8. Being constrained, we are taking up the matter with the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986, entirely at your risk, cost and consequences to recover all the compensation for all the trauma, waste of time, monetary losses, all the legal expenses from you, which make a legal note of.

        This is not a complaint but a general query.

        Why do all the online e-commerce sites are so hell bent to collect our personal data?

        Why don't the Government of India ask them to show their CONTACT / CUSTOMER CARE Numbers clearly on their website as well?

        It becomes tad difficult for us to talk to them in case of a doubt on any of their product.

        Also, they want as much information as they can collect from us, but hardly provide theirs.

        Some even have this ### ticket systems to hide thier interaction.

        What do they want to confide in? Why the hush hush?

        Also, why must we share our personal data with them to buy their products online?

        Why not promote the local business in such case?

            I have made an order of rs. 4625 on 24 April 2023 of 4 medicines on Healthmug android app. But when i received delivery on 27 April 2023, out of 4 products 3 were mismatched ( got other products instead of I ordered). I raised issue on 29th April 2023 within period mentioned in company's policy that is 7 days but till date any response not given.
            I tried to call and email many times but did not get any answer which is very disappointing.
            Please help me to solve this problem with refund.

              Delivery date was Sep 10 and I haven't received the order yet. I have already called informed customer care where they said it would be delivered in next 14-28 hrs. However I haven't received yet and when I call customer service they are disconnecting the call. If no action taken, then I would register a complaint in consumer court with all proofs.
              Please improve your customer service.

                    I have ordered for the subject homoeopathy medicine with the above company on 11/05/21 - order No.OD[protected], amounting Rs.250/-. The item arrived on 21/05/21 in a damaged condition (loose closing cap loosing a quantity of medicine. I reported the matter to the company and they issued a Refund through a Coupon Code: IS57F95646. When I tried to collect it through a fresh order the amount reflected was ONLY Rs.50/-. Management hesitating for full refund amount. Please deal with them for a fair conclusion.

                          I have ordered back flower medicines on 28april2020. While ordering i forgot to change my shipping address to my home hence order placed as shipping address to my office which is closed due to lock down. I tried to call up healthmug customer care no response so i email to customer service ([protected]@healthmug.com). I have email 3 times to change my shipping address but no single response from healthmug.

                                Today, on 4 june 2019, i placed my order of 3 sunscreens. I headed to payment and paid the amount of my order but neither i received any message nor email of my order confirmation. The amount is deducted from my account. Again i opened the website and sign up (Though i signed up earlier during payment which comes a very first stage of payment) as it says that my account doesn't exist.
                                Now after signing up and filling all details which was obviously same filled during payment then also my order is not showing in orders of my account. Heathmug haven't provided any customer care no. Or email or any thing. Now i feel like heathmug is fraud and took my money fraudently.

                                  I ordered some unani medicines worth rs.2151 with order number - od[protected] on 20th march, 2019 through there website and is not delivered yet the courier pod shows that it has been delivered and even after complaining and calling them again and again the response is poor and the staff disconnects the call in between the conversation. Every time i call there is a lady who asks for 48 hrs to resolve and get this order delivered and already this has happened multiple times wherein i have been given that 48 hr window to resolve the issue, i wonder how they work when they are dealing in medicines wherein the delivery of the orders are so crucial as medicines are to be followed timely. After too much frustration i asked them to return my money and the answer i get is that the order has been returned from the courier and the money will be refunded once they will receive the order back. It has already been 15 days but there is no delivery and the estimated delivery time was 4-6 working days. I really would suggest the company to work on there ethics and customer satisfaction and showing some proactive approach when the order is not getting delivered. It won't be a shock if the company get closed and lose sales if they will keep working with the same unprofessional approach as they are working currently. It was first and last time for me to order something through them. This is the first time i'm complaining for some website as i don't believe in criticising someone but in this case it has caused me so much frustration that i had to do it. I will further make complaints on all the available portals and will move to consumer court as well if no action will be taken.
                                  They delivered a used product and are not resolving the issue and not even taking it back. Team of fraudsters. Thevecpiry is also less then 1 year and the team is not bothered to resolve the Ed issue at all.

After multiple follow ups they told me on january 02, 2019 that they can’t deliver since their courier partner does not serve in my area. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I again followed up they told me that they refunded my money on december 15, 2018. Such a liars i asked them...

                                    I ordered a medicine from the healthmug.com on 8th december 2018, the website said if i opt for cash on delivery i'll have to pay 50rs as extra charge so i prepaid in full online to save those money. I was showed that i'll receive my medicines by 11th december 2018 but i received an email on 10th that my medicines are dispatched and will reach to me by 13th december.

                                    Now even after 8 days later i've not received my medicines though i've already paid the cost. Neither the website is not showing the option to cancel my order. I've contacted the website on customercare but they don't pick up the phone and after submitting online complaint on the website thrice they replied that they've raised a ticket and the issue will be resolved in 72 hours, just like an auto generated one.

                                    Now, they're not even replying to my emails. I've been frauded by them. I also wrote that they've delayed enough now i want to cancel and take my refund but they don't let me.

                                        Showing my product is delivered in 26th dec but it is not delivered to me that address i update in my profile is my head office address. So many times from 27th dec i am complaining about my product is not delivered to me, please send me proof of who received my product?? But you are not sending me any proof who is signed and received my products and the delivery boy also not calling me before deliver my product. The delivery boy was so careless that he is not calling before delivering my product. As fast as you can work on this and i want my money back.

                                        We has received message everything but we dint receive our product right now we are not satisfied with your company we need our ordered product immediately otherwise next time we are not going to order any products

I have purchased 2 medicine from you medicine name is baidyanath sarpgandha. Tab item 2. Price which i paid including shipping charge that is 350. After i got delivery i check the parcel i got only 1 meidicine. But i order 2 item. It, s mean item is missing. So, i wan, t refund my 1 item medicine which i can, t got. Please call me [protected].                                           I ordered a medicine order no OD[protected] on 22 dec.After that I received a message on 33 dec that your orders has been delivered but I did not received the order.

                                            Sir I have ordered one product and made online payment but it's more than 10 days baut I got message that the product is successfully delivered I have not received my product yet I called at health mug contact no. they are saying it is the fault of courier service but why should I call the courier service they are responsible for misplacing it I want my money back
                                            I have paid rs 394 towards homeo medicines through my SBI debit card and it has been acknowledged by OXINIS HEALTHCARE.payment id pay_8czp9DDSH5GTnn.No action has been taken to despatch the medicines.please do urgently send my medicines for payment has been paid on 10th of this month
