Healthspring — dentist dr sachin mehta ruined my mother's teeth

The dentist ruined my mothers real teeth by extracting them for no need. Spoilt the set of teeth she had promised whole ceramic crowns for the bridges took one and a half year incomplets treatment doesnt know his job gave acyrlic teeth and metal without our knowledgd huge ugly sizes. Harrassed us for a year and half not completing the treatment ate our money health spring is the worst i will never recommend it also the dr sachin mehta at khar mumbai india was shifted to malad and did not inform us also the dr shaima at khar was of no help. I want my damages and monsy back as my mom has to now put demtures all because of the intenional medical negligence of the doctor at health spring or i will ne forced to take strict legal action.
