Healthspring — Tossing out Professional ethics

I used their service to check my parent's blood sugar almost 10 months ago. The consulting doctor was not at all comforting but I let it go because it wasn't important, now the same doctor who had my number is messaging me on whatsapp! Which is highly unethical. I have blocked the doctor (Dr. Rajesh Shinde). Which ethical doctor messages on whatsapp without any reason.
