Healthtree Corporation — fraudulent practice done by healthtree

I have taken the complete health plan from healthtree corporation in the month of october 2018 for rs 4450 but after payment was done online they are not responding to my calls and not reimburse the amount as per their plan. I have already sent so many mails to their official mail id [protected]@healthtree.in but they are not responding to mails till yet.

Please help me out to make a complaint against the health tree corporation.
