Healthtree Corporation Complaints & Reviews

I have taken the complete health plan from healthtree corporation in the month of october 2018 for rs 4450 but after payment was done online they are not responding to my calls and not reimburse the amount as per their plan. I have already sent so many mails to their official mail id [protected]@healthtree.in but they are not responding to mails till yet.

Please help me out to make a complaint against the health tree corporation.br...

I have taken health tree family protection gold plan by paying 16500 and its invoice number is htc[protected] on 10th sept 2019. They promise to give me health kit but till date i did not received the health kit
After that i send them some bills but they did not reply to me hence i wrote them that refund my money or i will complain about you to which they they said they cant refund but will reimbursed the medical expenses.

Healthtree was following me up from december 2018 for me to buy a medical insurance policy. Finaly i agreed to their request.

They sent me 2 requests on paytm of rs.15000/- and rs.10000/- which i acepted and paid.

Till date i havent't received policy documents.

Also i am following up with the company with no proper response from the company.

I think these are fraudulent company...

I took a policy for 5 memmers for 15000 with a promise to insure 5 lakhs per annum for 3 years validity and eligible for both ipd/opd.
Also there is no kit and response from the healthtree for mails and phone calls.

The numbers mentioned in healthtree.org.in is not working/not reachable.

Please help whether i shall complaint to police or what?...
