I have booked tickets from rebbus from bangalore to vellore on 13 oct 2018 from hebron transport, but they have not called me at the departure, but post the bus crossed the departure point they have called and informed that, bus moved from departure place.
Now i have been waiting for them at one point and post the bus crossed the point they have called me and confirmed that the bus was left from departure venue, how could they leave a customer in middle of the road and confirm that the bus has left.
