I have booked tickets from rebbus from bangalore to vellore on 13 oct 2018 from hebron transport, but they have not called me at the departure, but post the bus crossed the departure point they have called and informed that, bus moved from departure place.

Now i have been waiting for them at one point and post the bus crossed the point they have called me and confirmed...

I have booked a ticket on saturday morning 7am from silkboard to chennai. Sometimes we have waited for the bus more than 1hr or 2 hrs so. However, bus didnt stop for 2 mins and went away. Also, not yet refund the money....

I have traveled from chennai to marthandham on 09/06/2017, for that i opted van pick up form sholinganalliur signal around 7 pm, it didn't come till 8 pm. I was calling to customer care continuously but no one responded my call.
No information has been given by your transport regarding the cancellation of van pickup. I was very disappointed...

On 22nd March.
Hebron travels bus left the Silkboard bus stop at 11.

4 women got into the bus without tickets. (I think the driver is involved).
They were in the bus only for 2 stops and got down in electronic city.

They stole my mothers purse and bangles. Also another lady in the bus lost her her purse and gold chain.

Hebron did'nt take any action against the driver for taking in...

Hebron bus had always been late...Not even once they have been on time...I am writing this review sitting at the Hebron ofc chennai...booked a bus at 4:15 pm preferably for a seat number and was informed that the bus was 40 min late.It is 5:40 now and we still have nt boarded the bus, looms like they have cancelled the 4:15 pm bus and making us to travel in 5om bus ..and the seat numbers are also changed ..such a bad travels...

Hebron transports have a very poor system of coordination and communication to its customers. This i am saying out of the experience i had on 20th sept. While booking the tickets from their own website hebrontransports.com for travel from chennai to bangalore on 20th sept - it never informed me that the bus will drop you till hosur. And i only came to know from the counter when i reached around 10pm that the bus to bangalore will only halt...

I had a very bad experience with Hebron Transport. Date of travel, 23/11/2015. The journey was from Koyambedu, Chennai to Bangalore. Bus departure time mentioned on e-ticket was 11.30 pm. I reached at their office 11.10 pm. At 11.30 pm one bus came which we were told its 10 pm bus which got delayed. At. 12.15 pm another bus came which was scheduled to depart at 11 pm. Finally the bus which I booked for 11.30 pm arrived...
