Hebron Travels — very worst service

I booked ticket from trichy to rameshwaram. Bus timing is morning 2.00am at palpannai. It is very difficult to contact the exact person who can tell the details of departure, timings etc. Bus came two hours late. When enquiring, people telling this bus will always late. They told a/c bus and collected fare as a/c bus, but a/c is not working. The worst thing is we could not open window also, because the bus structure is a/c bus. If you have an interview, exams, important meetings functions etc. Please don't go in this bus. 100% sure you will get 100 % tension when booking and travelling in this bus.
