Hebron Travels — poor service

I booked ticket from chennai to nagercoil on 11–01-2018 through ticketgoose. I selected my boarding point at vandalur. I received three mobile number from ticketgoose contact number of hebron travels which are tel:[protected], [protected] and tel:[protected] is driver number all the numbers are switched off till 9:30 pm my boarding time at vandalur is 8:25 pm on[protected] myself i understand due to festival season bus is not arrived on time i am waited for long time finally drive number i able reach at 9:45 pm i informed driver i am waiting at vandalur driver confirmed me once bus reaches vandalur call u sir but big headache they given is they did not called me after the bus reached vandalur i called that driver at 10:30 he is telling we are srm stoping please come to srm stopping. My question is my how they missed to call me sine my boarding point is vandalur please take necessary step against the travels and the employee of the bus who not done his work bus number kl-01-bm-8607 because of this isue totally three passengers were affected including me on[protected] i contacted koyambedu office to collect managers number to report this is issue ‭[protected]‬ this is that number this number is ringing but managers also not attending the call i asked driver why u not called me he replied don’t speak the rules if want to come come to srm stopping other wise ur wish weather coming are not

Bus reached the booking point more than an hour. But no response from driver. No water bottles issued. No office in the busstand. Passengers are waiting on the road even in heavy rain. Paying more.
