Helios And Matheson — Complaint about non payment of matured deposit.

Hello this is Haresh Kamdar here, i have invested an amount of Rs 30000/- on 21/03/2012 which matured on 21/03/2015 and the matured amount is Rs 42924/-. As per the details given above i had received 2 cheques from the said company but on being depositing the cheques, the cheques were returned showing insufficient balance in the company a/c.. I Dont understand you being a company so established cant even honour an amount of RS 42, 924/-.. I fail to understand then what will be your goodwill in the market or otherwise yours is the company who only like bluffing things rather than attempting to resolve it.. Well please consider my complain as i am in much need of money and i am a patient too. Given below are the details : 1) Name : Haresh kamdar 2) Address : 101/102, Yogi Vardhan.
