Helios And Matheson — H & M - Not honoring the maturity amount of FD of 1 lakh

My mother is a widow and senior citizen aged 75 years, She deposited rs 1 lakh on 10.7.2013 for 1 year with Helios and Matheson . They were paying monthly interests all right. However cheque got bounced when deposited on the maturity date of 10.7.2014. My mother is dependant only on such FD amount for survival . It is grossly unfair and serious injustice to a senior citizen.

I urge and call upon the senior management of Helios and matheson to immediately settle the amount . We have sent the original cheque to the company along with the Xerox of FD.
