I am holding two FD’s in your company by the following details. Name Kalyani Subhash Kulkarni Subhash Bhanudas Kulkarni App Ref No 113403 113404 TDR No CDB042255 CDB042256 Amount Rs. 39000 39000 Date of FD 6th Aug 2013 6th Aug 2013 Period of FD / Rate 12months / 12 % 12 months / 12% Just before the expiry of the FD’s after a year, I received intimation form the company side not to encash the cheques as there was some difficulties in the company and the FD's are being extended for further one year period. It is about 11 months since than, and still there is no intimation from the company about the FD’s. This is to request you to let me know the status of the FD’s. I would like to encash the same on completion of the second year i.e. 6th Aug 2015. Please send the refund and interest cheques accordingly. Thanking you.
