Helios And Matheson Information Technology — Non- Receipt of Fixed Deposit from Helios & Matheson

Respected Sir, In reference to my application ref no.125377, TDR No. CDB049698 for Helios and matheson information technology ltd.I have deposited two HDFC's Cheq no. 070323 and Cheq no. 070324 for amount 1, 00, 000 and 11, 412 respectively. However both have not been cleared as confirmed from my banker that these have been given stop payment instruction. The due date for FD was 08 January 2015. Due to the non-clearance of cheque bank has debited Rs.224/- from my account. The company have failed to make payment on time and also not informed that cheque should not be deposited and there is no response as well from their side.
