Helios And Matheson Information Technology — Not received my last month salary and bonus

Hello,
I have not received my one month salary and the bonus amount that was
deducted from my salary and which I was supposed to get after completion of
one year. I have followed up the hierarchy and sent my concerns to the top
management but of no use. I have not received response even on my single
emails. I was informed that I will get my full and final after 60
days . My last working day with this company was 30th December. It has
been more than 90 days now. I have also tried calling both Chennai and
Bangalore office. My call is not answered . Request you to please look
into this matter and try resolving my matter ASAP.
Please do some thing to get my remaining salary and bonus
amount and my Bonus amount. I have all the proofs and can submit them if required.

Bouncing of interest cheques

FD no. FBD 017929 The interest cheques have bounced for the reason of insufficient funds. Tried calling + emailed the company, but they don't even bother to respond. Pls help as the company needs to be taken to task.
