Helios And Matheson — Interest on FD cheque date 16.12.2014 has bounced

I have placed FD with the company for 3 years which is due for maturity in April 2015. However, post dated cheque dated 16.12.2014 which I deposited has bounced stating lack fo funds. Request you to kindly look into the matter at the very earliest and make arrangements to premature the deposit Regards, Heeral Dodhiya

I have similar experience with my interest cheques for qtr ending on 15/12/2014.
My other deposit matured in July and Nov 2014 is also not refunded by this company

The company has decent share price on stock exchange, then why promoters cannot sell their shares and repay deposits / interest amount?
