Helios And Matheson — non receipt of fd maturity amount

Tdr no cdb048664 of rs.61000/- matured on 28.01.2015&cdb048116 of rs.50000/- matured on05.12.2014 in the name of pramod prakash goel & tdr no. Cdb052087 of rs.57000/- matured on28.02.2015&cdb045504 of rs.47000/- matured on 10.09.2014 in the name of my wife mrs. Madhu goel have not been paid. We have not received principal amount & interest.
We invested in above company &wrote number of letters but without response. The company issued post dated cheque but advised by separate letter not to present cheque in bank but failed to replace the same
