Helios And Matheson — non-receipt of maturity amount of fdrs

Dear sir,
I had invested rs. 50, 000/- from my pensionary benefits in helios matheson company and was issued tdr no cdb011132 dated 10 august 2011 for a period of 36 months @ the rate of interest of 12%. The tdr matured on 10 august 2014. I submitted original tdr for redemption on due date but has not received the maturity amount or any reply despite repeated reminders.
The company has not taken any action on the orders issued by the clb.
We are now left with no option but to file a criminal case under relevant acts.
