Kindly note that the case of Helios & Matheson IT Ltd is pending on the file of the Divisional Bench before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, vide case no: OSA.No.19/2016, the case last came in the month of January 2019 and thereafter till date the case is not listed. One of the Judge who was sitting in the Divisional Bench which heard the case, has been temporarily shifted to the High Court bench at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Currently that is the reason behind the case not coming on the list or passing any further orders. In this regards further the many senior counsels have also tried to mention before the current bench, but unfortunately the case is not been listed.

Further in this regards it has been advised to the respective clients to write an individual letter to the Hon'ble Chief Justice in the address; "The Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court of Judicature at Madras, Chennai - 600104", citing respective individual inconveniences, the Hon'ble Chief Justice may change the division bench or post an advance date by which the cases may be disposed.
