Experience with Helios Developers

I had invested in two flats of Supertech Limited Romano when I received an offer of 7.75% discount from Helios Developers but when time came for payment of this discount amount the started delaying and then asked me to invest in one more property to adjust the outstanding discount amount. But in spite of adjusting the old discount amount my 3rd investment discount amount become outstanding. Like this he fooled me to invest in 5 property of Supertech Limited one after another and all are flop. I am following up for my discount and credit note amount from past 4years and now he is absconding and not responding to my calls or emails. I come to know Kamal Wadhawa use to fool public like this by opening different company in different name or by getting associated with different builders. Also I heard he had closed his company Helios Developer and opened another company and after fooling people from that new company again another company he opened that is in the name of Property 30 and even Property 30 also closed and now this person become a builder and opened a construction company some where outside of NCR. Kamal Wadhawa has closed his Noida office without any notice and absconding. I am trying to contact Kamal Wadhawa over phone/whatsapp no +91-9999534400 but this fraud is not picking my calls or not responding to my messages. If any one can provide me this Fraud address, I wanted to handover this Fraud to police. I come to know that this Fraud Kamal Wadhawa had opened few more company before Helios Developer also and fooled/cheated public like this to make money. Please don't deal with the company or Organisation where Kamal Wadhawa is a Owner/Director/Employee/Broker/Agent or associated in any manner.
Helios Developers are fraudsters, i am following-up with them for the last two years with no success. Now I am in the process of filing a Legal case against them.

Hope you have received your payment out of their narrow pocket. But in case you are still following up with them then:
don't trust these people. Go and meet Wadhwa or Faisal directly. Wadhwa deliberately keeps rolling the clients and brokers so you need to fight a lot to meet him and beware, he won't be available on phone calls. When you call him then the no. will be diverted for sure to his pets like Chandni, Shipra and we guess some new pets may be there.
The bloody excuse is the basic dialogue, " we are waiting for brokerage from developers". Shameless.
All developers only delay brokerages of Helios Developers only?? I mean all?? Bakwaas.
Be it any case of credit note in the booking of Jaypee, Logix, Shri Group, Hero Group or DLF, they always say that they are waiting for their own brokerage and once they get it they will give it to you. Strong your will as you have to fight a lot.
Following points are noteworthy and you must take care of these:
1) Keep ready 3-5 discount/brokerage bills with you as they will tell you after each 1-2 month that they need a new bill as the date is old OR the bill was wrongly prepared OR the bill is misplaced (favorite excuse by Mr. NARESH) etc etc.
2) No use of calling the representative as nothing is there in his/her hand infact the poor guy may be thinking of suicide due to non-co-operation of company to release your payment and your calls would be threatning him/her a lot.
so directly attack on WADHWA. Remember, don't pity on him.
3) if it's already 3 or more than 3 months then better you should take some gundas with you or policewale people at their office then you will get your payment soon.
4) At the time of following up with them (face to face or on phone calls), you are advised to make a video or audio so that these will help you out by showcasing the same on youtube.
Later on, do share these videos/audios with us as we have collected lots of evidences against them in written, audio and video form. A strong case will be raised against them.
So all the best and for any help, guidance, do write here only in this forum so that everyone can see that these complaints are 100% genuine bcoz baad mein so called marketing head khud hi acche acche reviews likh ke company ka naam roshan karne ki koshish karti hai :)
