I had made a booking in AIms project in Noida Ext on Property Guru's recommendation that this is a new but trustable builder in the year 2012. IT has been almost 2 years now and there is no construction at all.

When I asked to quit the project, they are saying they will charge 20k for NOC for no reason. This is really fraud case and seems both the builder and Prop Guru are involved in the fraud....

The company has asked me to invest in pre-launch property and promised handsome returns on investment. I have invested Rs 5 lakh with them and paid the money through cheque in Apr 2013. They have not issued any receipt making excuses. After seeing for few months that nothing is happening, I asked for refund of my money. On which they keep saying we’ll refund shortly but not refunded yet....

I received one message for some gardenia project on 5/6/2010 from the above send real estate agent Property guru india pvt. Ltd their message sending id was BA-PROP GURU i called on the number [protected] the guy was very rude when i asked him how dare he could send me marketing message when i am already registered for DND please save me from all these marketing messages......
