I have lived at Hello World Nayaab property near Kukatpally metro station, Hyderabad from 02 Apr'23 to 27th Apr'23. I raised my move out notice on 27th APR' 23 as i could not stay any longer due to lack of hygiene & too many cockroaches.
As per 30 days notice policy, i initially planned to move out by 27th May 23 which is rent stop date as indicated in the app.
Within 3-4 days of notice, i have been asked to pay May'23 rent as well as same is showing pending to facilitate proper refund of security deposit.
Right after i paid my May month's rent, i was immediately forced to move out by property manager saying that i should move out as per move out date of 27th APR and that i have already been staying for extra time. He was not bothered about notice period and didn't even let me stay for single day. He kept on assuring me that the May month's rent and security deposit all will be refunded back within 30 days.
But now on enquiring with customer care and continuously raising tickets, they refuse to refund the amount saying that I vacated the room early and could have stayed until 27th May'23. They are illegally holding about ₹14000 rental amount which I genuinely should get back
