With due respect my name is nisha devi d/o shobhnath from uttar pradesh bearing the roll no13080452. I have studied in this esteemed help school of nursing, help educational society, d. No. Vijayawada – 520 002. Krishna dist. I have successfully completed my studies.

A complaint against "help school of nursing, bundar rd, penamaluru, andhra pradesh 521139" affiliated by "director of medical education andhra pradesh" for not providing the required certificates. Registration certificate was the mere documents provided, however course completion certificate, character certificate, yearly mark sheets, transcript certificate, noc & internship certificate are the documents which consumer stands devoid off against the course (Diploma in general nursing & mid-wifery (Gnm) pursued by the candidate (Nisha devi, roll:[protected] hailing from the batch 2012-16
So, i would kindly bring to your request to issue my original certificates which have been with the institute for the course of study.
Would kindly request you to look forward into my problem and respond at the earliest.
