Hemkumar — regarding refund amount

I booked tickets for my relatives on 13 may 2019 and the journey date is in 14 may and i cancel the ticket. But till now i did not get my refund amount back it's been nearly 10 days of the date of cancellation. I calles to tat customer care but they didn't pick up the call. Please try to go through the issue and return my amount of 1350. Which is the amount i paid through debit card
