Hemkumar — Wrong case on bike(number plate)

Actually the number plate was visible but he wear the case on my bike about the number plate was not visible and defective.please see the pics. I have uploaded and take action on that sir. It helpful for all and say correct rules about Traffic and provide to us. To be in correct.
