This is saikumar and am a supervisor with herbal ID W1X1556597. I have been using these products for many day and never had any issue. However, in my recent order 3I16497654 product Afresh Ginger flavour, there is no quality and not at all feeling like sipping afresh, instead I feel like I'm drinking plain hot water with nothing mix. I did not expect such product from herbal life. I can get the product and submit from where I have picked up. Please look into this request on priority and do the needful.
