Hi,
I placed an order on company's website on 14.10.2023 .
My order number is 3I49901494.
My ID no. is-W1C3427389
The order has been received by company warehouse on 28.11.2023 but they are not confirming. Bluedart has confirmed the return to the warehouse. I feel cheated as their has been an unnecessary delay in generation of my refund.

      I Archana Varshney Herbalife Associate ID No. W1C2616545 . I have cancelled my two orders on 30-june-2023 for replacing some products and also for adjusting some volume points. But till now i didnt recieve any refund since almost 24 days . I am giving my Both orders ID And Inquiry id of both the orders given below

        Very unprofessional company. They don't deserve to be in market, they don't deserve to be even a single star. Order deliver is taking way longer than expected. Pathetic service. Avoid their products. Order placed one week before still order is in transit. I don't want your product refund me my money. I don't want to take service from unprofessional people.

          I have been a preferred customer of Herbal life for last one year or more.
          I have in my account more than 366 points, yet I have not received any free gift until now. When I call up the company, they say we have sent it for you in February and March, but I did not receive it in my box. When I'm paying so much for the product why would I lie about a shaker cup. However, it is very disappointing to see the way things are functioning. My ID NO. is W1X192811.
          Kindly look into the matter.

            Sir/mam ur products r very good me my wife's are associates in my herbal life company .I m facing issues in delivery of the product is very slow in my area.thats why I will not able to receive product at a time it is taken almost 10 days plz solve my problem

                Wrost behaviour by the employee who taken money and not provided services and my products are wasted completely. Cheaters are there in herbal Life . The staff is very worst.

                  I placed an order #3I37273847 with Herbalife and returned it and didn't accept the order at the time of delivery. Its been 15 days and my refund was not processed yet. I reached to Herbalife customer service several times, but there is no resolve on this issue yet. Please look into this issue in order to get my refund. Thank you so much.

                    Dear Herbalife nutrition team,
                    My self Anusuya Sharma my ID#W1C1151270 please note that, when l have place the order for nutrition on 3rd February we have done 2 transaction for the amount #8478.86 Rupees Against order #[protected] due to first transaction was incomplete later on it's also credited in Herbalife account and the issue raised immediately to the Herbalife customer Care against complaint number #[protected] to herbal Life but till now we didn't receive the refund amount and after that I did lot of follow with team everytime there is confirmation will receive the refund today or tomorrow but at the end there is no action therefore, I really disappointed with the service.
                    Moreover, i would like to request you to take the appropriate action to refund the amount so we can place new order for the product as our nutrition has been finished.

                        I’m very disappointed with Herbalife team.
                        When I was looking for wellness or fitness guidance, I got the contact from someone in Bhavani, Tamilnadu Office.

                        They told me to take 7 days trail at office and then ask me to join 1 month pack.. At that time they told only 7500 rs for 30 days..
                        I paid full amount, after that they ask me to pay another 6800 for the same month ..
                        I made a refund request from my side for the same day but they are not refunded my amount & they are not responding..

                        I trust u to clear the issue and refund my amount.
                        For these kind of incidents creat bad opinion to this. kindly look in to this and resolve as soon as possible.

                          I’m very disappointed with Herbalife team.

                          Hi, I worked with Herbalife from Nov 5th 2012 - Aug 12th 2022. I first raised my PF withdrawal request on the basis of House Construction as a claim reason in April 2022. After a series of forms to be submitted and other formalities, PF office finally rejected my claim by the reason EPS not remitted by Employer. After I quit Herbalife, I constantly kept asking the HR team about the update. I hardly get any reason and finally in the month of November I again raised a grievance to PF office itself, so I will know if Herbalife has fixed the issue as promised or not. But looks like it isn't. Constant reminders and phone calls for follow ups go to the grave and no-one wants to respond to people who are affected and have a right ETA.

                            I had ordered my medicine on 15th August which got returned by courier and today it has been 1 month, even customer care people are not able to help, Tell me when will I be able to get my medicine, if you people have such service, then soon the trust of the customers will be lifted from your company. Help me and try to send my medicine to my home as soon as possible have also mentioned the request number in which I have filed complaint more than 4 times(REQUEST ID NUMBER :[protected].but got no satisfactory reply please help and resolve it.
