Herbalife / Herbalforhealth.co.in — License misuse

Mr. Govinda. R. (Ph no.[protected]) is a herbalife distributor in bangalore. He has another distribution license in my name by misusing my email id, aadhar no. Etc. And he is using it for fraud activities which may decreases the hopes&faith of consumers on your herbalife products.
So i kindly request you to plz cancel the license which registered in the name (Shashi kumar g m. User id:shashi9566)
And also cancel his license too and plzz take strict action on him.
