Herbalife / Herbalforhealth.co.in — Payment made but no order number reflecting | |||
Hi Team, Almost 7 days are passed chasing Herbalife in all the ways I can contact. Through raising ticket on online portal, calling customer care and writing to you. But my issue is yet not resolved. Reached out the Bank they say payment is made and reaching out to you your answer is we have not received the payment. Being a customer and making payment to Herbalife can you let me know as an customer whom should I trust on. Further how should I keep faith in Herbalife after this incident for making more orders and continue with Herbalife. This was the first time when I was trying to place pick up order rather then delivery and it failed with successful transaction.
