Herman Network Services — Cheating for mobile phone

Sir I am Somanath. I got a call from no [protected] at around 8 July from Samsung company saying that I have won a Samsung Galaxy core 2 mobile phone and was asked to pay Rs 3500 in turn by way of cash deposit to the post man. The parcel that I have got has statue of god and not mobile phone. I have complaint to the same number, from which I got call ([protected]). They gave me the no of Herman Network services ([protected]). First they gave me a complaint no (4419) and now they are not listening. My parcel no is CD11408063IN. I have given information down below of the fraud company. Kindly investigate in this matter sir.
