They said that it is there premium brand and it was a new model of cycle. But within one month o[censored]se front gear system is not working properly. The owner is always with his friend. And never picks up the phone. I also had a hercules cycle for which i never had to take it for service. The name of the showroom is bali and sons and it is located in old gurgaon. Near sadar bazaar.
