I bought Hero Ride on 16T for Rs. 5000 and feels cheated after i found the MRP is only 4200 way more lesser than i purchased it.
Since i couldnt found the item in hero website (seems its not updated yet in www.herocycles.com) and came to know the pricing only after purchase

Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against the hero company and help me process the refund for the same.

I purchased the cycle from Hero Sprint store CMR road, Bengaluru, HRBR layout. The cycle that came to my delivery location was totally faulty, my wheel alignment was faulty and my gear shift was not working properly. So, I have called the mechanic from store and he repaired the same on the very time when the cycles have been delivered.

I have used the cycle after one week to go to my gym and suddenly its chain got disengaged and i have to carry the same to the mechanic for its repair where he has pointed out that it's wheel alignment is not proper and cycle's chain has some issue.I have purchased two cycles and both are faulty one has chain alignment issue other one has wheel alignment and gear problems.

Two times because of this issue, I got saved from accident as when I was shifting my gear it was not working in the middle of the road due to which i have to stop my cycle in between and one time my sister's cycle chain got disengaged due to which she fall on the road and saved by the people in the middle of the road.

I am very much disappointed and really frustrated by the servicing and the kind of quality they have offered.

I bought a few months ago and from the beginning I had many problems in cycle, like I visit the respective store every month and they didn't gave me a 1% response and yesterday my cycle complete became useless as it's back wheel is completely defective so now I want a refund or replacement of my cycle

Ordered a geared cycle Sprint knockout 26T and one fine day upon riding, the rear derailleur broke and I was stranded on the road. For a company that promises a good quality product for the consumers, should deliver the same. If damaged upon the terms and conditions, the warranty policy should be addressed. It had been 3 months to struggle to get the part replaced by the company as promised and they are making me follow up more than 10 times and not even a the case was looked upon. The customer support promises to solve within the day I make a call and yet do not hear from them. Making false promises to the customers for a reputed company is not fair.

The bicycle shop Nareshchandra & Co. from where I bought my Hero Sprint Traveller sent Hero Cycles an email for my cycle fork a month ago but didn't receive any response. Then I tried to email them with an official customer care email and also called them but the number is off and I also didn't receive any response from the hero. Please look into this matter and solve my problem.

We have purchased the above named cycle on 20/11/2021 from LASSI CYCLE CO, shop no.2&3, Jeeten apt, opp. Saraswat bank, Kalyan-Murbad Road, Kalyan( West).421301.

On fourth day when my son was was riding cycle.After 5-10 minutes ride all of sudden there was a big sound came from the front tyre and my son fell down to the right side of the road.

After getting up he observed that there was a damage in the front tyre.

After coming Lassi cycle company shop it is observed that tube was also damaged.

11. I requested to hero representative be arrange the store my home nearset location (harish cycle, Manoj Cycle)but they can provide the service store in so far location to 15 km at ganpati cycle gallery.

12. Feb 24, 2021 4.40 PM I have confirmation for the visit the store as per given in mail and request to your representative via telephonic medium arrange an another cycle a period of time when you will be resolved the issue and pick and drop factuality for the better convenience.

13. Feb 26, Feb 7.13 PM I Have called to your representative and get conformation for visit and ask to him please arrange a another cycle and pick and drop facility for the same because the store is so far for me.Your representative called me I will be follow up our team and get back revert of this concern asap.(Ref.no.13)

14. Feb 27, Feb 7:24 After Passed 24 hour I Have called again to your representative they simple say no arrangement have been done by our policy no follow up taken by your team.(Ref.no.14)

15. Feb 28, Feb 3.30 I have visited the ganpati cycle gallery and requested to check cycle they checked cycle and resolved the issue in 30 min and told me it working now fine and please takeover your cycle .(Ref.No.15)

16. When I check the cycle issue still remain I have call the owner of ganpati cycle store and they check cycle again and told me please give me cycle and I will update after 24 hour. (Ref.No.16)

17. Provide me details for future bicycle service which store proper time and date format.

I have bought a hero bicycle before one month. the chain broken with in one week. I have registered a complaint to the costemer care with the bill and photos.there is no response till today please take an action against this

There are multiple puncture in rear tube inside due to faulty rim of rear wheel..dealer refuse to accept this problem n charged me of the tube of the rear wheel

I purchase a hero 16 t cycle from amazon. This cycle is totally faulty. Its go bad every time whenever i repaied. Its bearing broked everytime. Its bearing break 3 times after ride. I want a replacement for this.
I purchased this cycle 28 november 2018 from amazon that time my child is 3.5 years old so he was not ride this cycle regularly.
After 2 months its bearing broked. We went to the hero cycle shop i saw him warrenty but he charged 200 for that. But after 4 days its bearing broked again. Now we again go for repair and paid rs 200 for bearing and its break again. I think it is a faulty cycle i want a replacement for this cycle.
I raised a complaint against this cycle on 24 oct 2019. It's been 12 days but i didn't get a single phone call regarding this. I got only mails that mentionied only we are working on it. Its warrenty will end in this month. That why i want a urgent solution.
I want a replacement of this cycle because my son not ride this cycle because every time its go bad.

Within a period of 7-8 months the hero mig cycle that i have bought is in very bad condition.
The behavior of the hero cycle dealers are also very bad. They behave very rudely whenever i went to them with my any problem regarding the hero mig cycle.
The dealer's shop name is dilip cycles situated in benachity, durgapur, burdwan, west bengal.
Please take steps against them as soon as possible and try to fix my problems.

2 days ago only i bought my cycle but i think the parts of my cycle are not original as all are getting broken up one by one for example my cycle's handle was given broken and i had to change it from a local shop. My cycle cannot stand on its own, it's need help. Then the tyre of my cycle got bent and i had to also repair it as the cycle was becoming slow due to slashing of breaks with the tyre. I request pl give a warranty card so if this problems come i can get it replaced. Also the shop charge me the money of bottle holder but did not fix it

I want to say that i had bought a hero sprint pro bad boy cycle with gears. I thought that i had no shockers in the cycle except the back shockers but when my friend told me that your front shocker is not working, then i consulted the shop owner from wherw i had bought the cycle. But he is not ready to accept it. Pls take a serious action on it and have my shockers replaced or repaired. I want it to be done soon. Waiting to hear from you soon. I bought a hero sprint rx 1 (With gear and disc break). Then, i asked about the lasting of the gears, and the avaibility of a replace. But, the shopkeeper denied and said that once the gear is damaged, it cannot be repaired or even ain't be replaced as the company does not send gears or disc break. They didn't give any warranty also. So, what is the security of buying these cycles. I bought the cycle from agarwal stores, balurghat. Please take action.

They said that it is there premium brand and it was a new model of cycle. But within one month o[censored]se front gear system is not working properly. The owner is always with his friend. And never picks up the phone. I also had a hercules cycle for which i never had to take it for service. The name of the showroom is bali and sons and it is located in old gurgaon. Near sadar bazaar. Don't buy hero cycles specially from this dealer.

I had purchase cycle for my kid in ichalkaranji from royal cycles.. From very first day i was facing problem with break function and gear function. I send cycle to dealer for repair purpose but he spoke very rudely. I give mail to company also but no response. Even my son mail to company but now no response. Hope this complaint will by solved from company.

I repaired it today morning and when i took it back to my home, it was again making the same sound for which i took ot to the shop. Seriously the worst cycle i ever bought. From 2-3 months every week i need to take it to shop for some time rim, some tome sound. I need to change it. You have to take it's responsibility. 2 months ago from now, i bought my all new hero sprint bad boy from tilak nagar new delhi and till now i have come 3 times for repairing. Before, i bought rodeo hercules and i did'nt need to even take it for servicing. This is the worst cycle i ever bought. At first the rim of the tyre was actually tilted. Then it started making sounds which was vary annoying and today also i came for repair. Worst worst cycle ever..😠😠. I want to exchange my cycle.

I have bought a new cycle for my kid on 14.6.2017 from jaswant cycle store, railway road, jalandhar. From the day one, i am facing the problem with cycle, in the last one month, the brakes got damaged 8 times, 2 times brake pads need to changed. Further, chainset got damaged and broke 2 times, i just wonder is this the product of reputed brand "hero". While contacting dealer, he is not ready to listen, every time he is saying "aisa ho hi nahi sakta".in case you need to get the same repaired, bring it to my shop which is not feasible for me as same is 15 kms from my place and in case, we decides to reach there, there will be a cartage cost of approx 400- 500 rs, who will bear this cost. I urge to kindly get my cycle replaced as the product sold to me is not of proper standard. Need urgent action on same.

I purchase bicycle new model, hero sprint on my kids birthday as a gift.in may-2017. But from that day kid never enjoy proper ride. Coz of its bad chasis and chain problem. This kind of gift and matrials used by hero company, i never prefer hero cycle if problem not solved. Very bad for new cycle. Than from today i never suggest any one for hero cycle.

our worker Mr. Mandal has purchased the modedel Jet Gold from Hero cycles at Anju Cycles Company, Kishanpole Bazar, Jaipur. One day after he purchased the cycles, the tyres got punctured, of course this could happend to a new cycle also but it was a quite coincidence. Few days later, Mr. Mandal start complaining the pedals are not working proper and needs to put a lot of efforts to drive the cycle. I went with him to the store and requested to change the cycle, however the shop owner refused it and only offered to repair the cycle. The question would be, why new cycle would any repair anyway.

If I would sell a good product I would always be ready to exchange it, but If I would sell crap I would not offer any exchange.

I can recommend anybody not buy any product of them as they them self have self confidence in there own product.

I have bought one week before on 01.06.2017 a hero d. T. B of 6 gears its fork nickel was been started removing i complaint to the dealer but he didn't listen me. The cycle cost was 7300 rupees. I purchased a hero bmx cycle for my 7 & half year old son on[protected] from an authorised dealer of hero cycles "delux cycles, thrissur".

1. At the time of delivery of this cycle, we noticed a small portion of the brake cable skin was torn off. We informing the dealer staff and the damaged brake cable skin was replaced.
2. After app. 15 days, a bolt from the right pedal shaft fell off and had to be replaced. During the fitment of this bolt, the left pedal shaft bolt was also found to be loose and was tightened.
3. The plastic chain cover was removed from the cycle was it was causing sounds while pedalling.
4. And finally on 09.05.2017 (Exactly 1 month from purchase date), my son calls me in the evening and tells me that the metal chain of this cycle was "broken". How can a "metal cycle chain" break in one month from purchase date???

Dear sir, i am purchase hero sprint rush model cycle from om sai cycle store gadchandur dist chandrapur ms. Since from purchase time dealer not repair break system properly. Break shoe tuch in disk, therefore lot energy west of my children, this is serious issue of failurity of your cycle, before raise my in front of media. Kindly check and exchange my cycle or return my hard money

I bought a defective cycle of hero going for brand name. The dealer is evading me now unwilling to repair or replace. He said

Meaning is if you buy Hero Cycle buy it at your own risk lured into false guaranteeof 2years if it works fine or you are a royal fool.

Sir, I recently brought a Firefox nuke 29 d worth 30k, after 3 months from the central hub, there will be noise for each style of rotation, and when I went to dealer, they took 10 days just to say it's a defective product, nothing will happen just ride it.but the noise is irritating.

The cycle I bought has a manufacturing defect.. I contacted the dealer he reverted me back after 2 days saying we will replace the full frame its a huge disappointment from such a company.. I want my cycle to be replaced I don't want repaired cycle. Hope you will see to it ...
