Sir, I availed a car top up loan vide Loan No.6301028 on 22.10.2019 and the amount disbursed as Loan UCHYD00072855 for Rs.6, 00, 343 for 48 months.
But I received a message from one Mr.Srinivas by his mobile whatsaap as loan amount is 5, 77, 500, EMI 17, 285 for 48 months. Processing fee + valuation Rs.11473/-, RTA and stamp duty Rs. 9000/- HDFC Loan Closure Rs. 4, 51, 157/-, Duplicate RC 4000/- Hold amount Rs.10, 000/- and Rs.91870 deposited in my account. I am not able understand that no one given hero fin corp contact number and the variation of loan amount is around 23, 000/- not given to me.
The amount hold Rs.10, 000/- not released till date and also RC not given to me.
Hence, I request you to look into this matter and do need full justice to me.
