I am Jagadish Sahoo. My phone num is [protected]. People from Hero Fincorp call me daily atleast 10 times and asking for some Phagua Kandi. I told them hundreds times I don't know who Phagua Kandi is. Still they are calling me. Some people are abusing. it's very disturbing, They are calling me since Aug 2024. Please stop calling me....

1) After 20 days I am not getting NOC.
2) No communication facility with customer care or What shop number or office in Viman nagar Pune
3) Deducted EMI refund provision not clear due to lack of Communication.
4)APP not working as well no online statement or NOC data download facility available.
5) It is my view, working style of this company as Fraud company, Nobody try to get loan from such Institution...

I recently applied for a loan and approved for 6.5L and it was e-signed and disbursed on 14 Aug2024, but amount was not yet credited to my bank account.

I tried to login to customer app and there it is showing total loan amount and EMI starting date, EMI ending date as well.

But amount was not credited yet.
Please check and do the needful....

Because of deep financial crisis and health issue I was unable to pay my EMI and I have already mailed herofin before my due dates to extend it. But one day when I was not at my home and I was outside, I recieved a call from Prasanjit Bhattacharya ([protected]) and Tarak Mullick ([protected]) and they discussed the issue and I told them I was not in my home my 80-year-old parents are there in the house and please dont disturb them, you come when I am there but this Mr Prasanjit forcibly wants to meet my parents and discuss the loan with them which is against RBI policy. They were talking in a rude behavior also. Being out of home I am afraid they might make my parents ill if they do so. Please take necessary action against them and let me know what steps you have taken. If your institution dont take any necessary action I will initiate a complaint to RBI. In addition to above complaint few days back this person Prasanjit Bhattacharya ([protected]) threaten me that he will come to my house without informing me as I told him you are free to come, but before coming atleast inform me. Hope your organisation will take necessary steps and please let me know also, and until you take some steps please dont send any agents to my house, this is as per RBI guidelines. After this issue is solved and I am satisfied then you can send again. Chat transcript attached of this person. If you don't take necessary action, I will be bound to forward this to RBI.

Agent name Gautam Nayak[protected] visited my adhar registered address without my knowledge or without any intimation and then the person created scene, my house is locked because we do not stay there anymore, so the person and his colleagues tried breaking into my house (trespassing) and created scene by calling out all ex neighbours there and gave my adhar, pan and phone number to everyone. After that, standing there he called me 4 times in 3minutes (which I was unable to answer ) he literally harrassed the ladies present there and forcefully took the phone and forced them to call my number however I did called him back after 5-10minutes.

Now after I called him, he kept abusing without uttering a word and called CHOR / I will come after you with goons/taking items from your house/ if I get your address i will hunt simran and make her suicide if I don't get the money now or if you don't settle it now.

I asked him to refer to Rahul Mishra as we spoke earlier and he checkrd the details and literally promised me that all the activities are on hold till 2024 April . But the agent didn't even listened to my words abused, then when I asked for his I'd card or letter because he visited the address he abused again and disconnected the call.

Within few minutes I received calls from a lady named Moumita Bhattacharjee[protected] now what did lady did was kept calling me and i answered, informed the same regarding the issue which Rahul Mishra and Bhaskar Roy was handling then and I asked them to let me speak to them.

The lady was pretty over smart and told me that she is regional manager of Kolkata city and there is no manager because she is the manager there.

When I told her that I raised the complaint earlier and when other 2 managers were there I spoke to them and they verbally promised me and since then I never faced any issues but she kept on asking me for letter (I don't understand what letter she was asking or at least I am not aware that Hero fincorp sends any letter to customers instead of emails) but she didn't understand of course I called her (Gadhi) Stupid after that.
Now after that she told me that, that she will not make the other agent move from my house until and unless I give her my current address so that she can come with goons. I told her that right now I m in Chennai but she kept asking for full address upon denying Goutam Nayak kept creating scene there.

I again told her to share their I'd and letter but again denied and asked me to share my personal documents over WhatsApp. Why would I share any personal information to them over WhatsApp.? I told the lady that I will raise complaint to RBi regarding the Harrassment as she shared
1)my personal details with neighbours which is illegal according to RBI
2)didn't carried or didn't shared their I'd cards and letter for visit which is again illegal.
3)lied that she is the regional manager there
4) shared my phone number which 3rd person
5) threatened mee
6) asked to meet her personally

Her response was please do it now. I mean I am sorry but what fraud you guys are doing that even after following illegal and unethical practices you are not scared of RBI guidelines?
She asked to share the complaint numbers and i did. Once I shared she kept asking for a letter. I don't really know again what letter. I tried again explaining her calmly how it works she kept talking unethically with me like some 3rd class lady.
And kept calling me to meet her while I kept asking for her Id card /name/letter for visit.

Lastly she told me that she will keep on calling me as she is the regional manager and have rights to harrass the customers whenever she wants to.

My question is why does RBI registered NBFC like Hero is share our personal information with 3rd person like them and don't really coach them according to RBI guidelines? How to talk/behave/what to share with whom/when to visit.

Nothing she had 0 knowledge about these. When you guys are not following or coaching agents accordingly and sharing personal details with 3rd person and they calling us from their personal number then absolutely you guys are fraud company. Please need an immediate assistance on this

According to the RBI rules recovery agent do not have the rights to discuss or defame customer to any neighbour or person however you team doesn't seem to follow any rules as there agents are sharing all details with neighbour and when I am calling them they asking me to SUICIDE right away. Please stop this right away or else kindly reply that you guys are asking customer to suicide just because they are delayed for the payment. Whereas, the goons who visited already shared my documents like adhar and pan which was uploaded on the application shared it with all my neighbours to defame me and told them that I am a Chor. According to RBI rules, you cannot share my personal details with anyone. How can they? I need immediate assistance please . You guys don't really follow any RBI rules otherwise how can you not share the I'd and letter?

Only my current month's EMI is pending and these recovery agents calls and harass me my force me to pay now immediately. Then after these call they stood up on my door and the Recovery Agent's Manager called on the recovery agent's number and harassed me a lot. He shouted at me and insulted me a lot. These moneylenders are not giving money for free. They are charging higher rates. Then these harassment is not at all acceptable.

My current month EMI is pending and these recovery agents stood up on my door and harrassed me. They were pathetic on calls and harassed me raising their voice. I am going to complaint in consumer court. As you guys are behaving as if you have given us the loan for free. You charged the highest interest rates and we are paying them from our pocket. Then why this harassment.

My self pavan Kumar loan id no.27080868 in hero fincorp, Jaipur . My bike insurance EMI is 3937rs per month & I m deducting this amount every month on time. But other deduction also from my account in form of ECS 590rs every. I already talked with branch manager regarding this problem but my problem still not solved.
