My father, Mukesh singh Paid my emi on 11 January 2024 on 7:36 pm

Then also my emi charges has been reducted from my bank account on 13 january On 7:42pm
I have mail several times, but not a single time, a good response has been initiated

I have many works for the households stuff, kindly refund my money...

Agent name Gautam Nayak[protected] visited my adhar registered address without my knowledge or without any intimation and then the person created scene, my house is locked because we do not stay there anymore, so the person and his colleagues tried breaking into my house (trespassing) and created scene by calling out all ex neighbours there and gave my adhar, pan and phone number to everyone....

I am receiving calls from these numbers and they sent goons to the address where we are not even present and defame my name without my knowledge created a scene all that without giving me a call. Both of them are harrassing me and asking me to suicide only then they will not defame my name. I have Tweeted long back and received call from your team and the person promised me I will not receive any calls till April 2024 after that not ONLY...

Only my current month's EMI is pending and these recovery agents calls and harass me my force me to pay now immediately. Then after these call they stood up on my door and the Recovery Agent's Manager called on the recovery agent's number and harassed me a lot. He shouted at me and insulted me a lot. These moneylenders are not giving money for free. They are charging higher rates. Then these harassment is not at all acceptable....

My current month EMI is pending and these recovery agents stood up on my door and harrassed me. They were pathetic on calls and harassed me raising their voice. I am going to complaint in consumer court. As you guys are behaving as if you have given us the loan for free. You charged the highest interest rates and we are paying them from our pocket. Then why this harassment....

We want to inform you that, A Loan Ac. No. 19102332 which EMI Rs. 6086 month of February 2023 was paid advance on dated 20 Jan 2023 by online your Hero Aap but EMI again debited by NACH on 12 February 2023.
