I mailed earlier also but still their is no response.

Last month I have paid EMI on 16, Mar 2022 but you do not received and you add additional charged on daily bases while I have paid earlier whole dues.
In this month you have add that remaining dues which were you added after 16, Mar 2022. In this case what should I do??
Do you think about customers problems or you always think about your business??
Due to your such type of non-sense the civil of customers affected please think about customers also.
