Hero Fincorp — Pre emi paid not reflat on mobile application

I had paid two EMI by Herofincrop mobile application having Ref IGALSFHZF5 on 09Aug21 time 8.18 pm But till date number of emi not reduces.

what about paid amount ... ? kindly give information.

i am continuously fallup with you by mail even i am try to call on custmer care number but no any positive response from your side.

i am very much dispointing with your worst service...
