I am dr. Gaurav sharma and purchased a bike hero passion with financing it from hero finance
Application id is 3932096
Loan account number is viltwl[protected]
Emi amount: rs rs 2797.00
On the basis of the application an emi of rs 2797.00 was started from december 2018 onward.
Although the emi is regularly getting deducted, now in january 2019 as well feb 2019 i am getting messages from my bank that hero finance coop is again initiating mandate registration of rs 2797.00. (See attachment)
I have already reported the issue to the custumor care number of hero finance on jan 25 2019 but the executive has told that he cant register the complaint. Thus i am writing this to solve the issue.
In case i will receive such mode of deducing twice the emi, i will be forced to request my bank for stopping payments to hero finance. Thus it is my kind request to see through the matter
