Hi this is VIKRAM VITHAL KOCHAREKAR. I had made a advance emi payment of Rs 4316 to herofincorp but it's not yet updated in my loan account number 12958057. I tried calling its customers care number but there is no response . I have raised a complaint via email with case id 05341867 but there is no response even after 10 days.
