Hero Fincorp — Request for refund of my 333120 rupees.

I, manoj pradhan on dated 22.06.2022 mistakenly sent my 333120 rupees to my hero fincorp loan account. Right after the incident i told their customer executives about this and they said within 8 working days your ammount will be refunded. But till now the ammount is not reimbursed.Today i was talking to their executives they say they won't say anything about this case.
