Bought hero maestro edge bike with one of the worst dealer service which is in kengeri upanagar bangalore 560060,
Ss motors
And the service by these showroom people is really worst,
On handing the new bike there is was no petrol filled, for accessories i was sent to banashankari other main dealer, no proper response from them and no data of mine with them was available, they dont keep my loan data a d details and nothing to help with the bike issue
The service centre below this has the worst experience in my life time, the service centre people are very stubborn, rude, when i gave my bike new maestro for 1st service, all the worst thing was bike got failure on the road next day a d i was sitting on the road, i took the bike for nearby garage, and came to know all the service done is loosely wiring, wiring work done is wrong, and d also my bike indicator sound machine was stolen in this service centre, very very bad hero

Since then i didn't go to this service centre and all my 5 free service expired,

And now after completing of 18months loan, hero fincorp is also the worst service provider, now its 21months still i have not got the loan clearance letter from fin corp, yet, when called the service no. Customer care they a
Told they will soon dispatch, and that is aftet we ask you dispatch, and why it was delayed for 2 months after loan completion, they aay sorry,

But to my surprise still i have not received any letter for loan clearance, please dispatch it and send me tracking details, after i receive the loan clearance i have to contact rto to get my original documents, please help in this regard
